The Gulele plant
Hand sanitizer, gauze bandages, glycerine and denatured alcohol, produced in Addis Ababa. Every one of these was a fully imported line before.
Local production is the part of the business that is hardest to copy and the part that matters most when the market tightens. It takes the shipping window out of the order cycle, removes foreign exchange exposure on those lines, and keeps stock moving when import channels stall. Our SANITO brand of denatured alcohol is produced and packed here for the Ethiopian market.
